Michael G. Friedman
Mike has been working in the legal field for over 30 years, first as a paralegal in New York City, then with a medium-size firm in New Jersey before moving his practice and residence to Maine in 2001. Mike brings to every challenge this experience to handle a variety of legal matters, including complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, civil litigation, wills, and estate administration, and general corporate counsel. Mike appears in a multitude of tribunals in the State of Maine, including the District Courts, Probate Courts, Superior Courts, Supreme Court, municipal land use boards, and local boards of selectmen.
Mike brought his family to Maine to partake in all things outdoors that Maine has to offer. You can often catch Mike and his family on the local ski slopes but more likely dogsledding on nearby snowy trails. Mike had been an organizer for the Bridgton Musher’s Bowl sled dog races for over a decade and has run sled dogs recreationally in the hills and mountains of Western Maine for just as long. Mike lives in Lovell with his wife Patty, daughters Bailey and Laura, and a backyard full of huskies.
